We will arrange an expedited free replacement or a priority refund.

5. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  2. Label Issuance: Our support team will review your application within 24–48 hours and email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with specific drop-off instructions.
  3. Package & Dispatch: Securely place the item in its original packaging, affix the provided pre-paid label onto the outer box, and drop it off at the designated local courier station.

6. 10-Day Refund Processing Window

Once your returned package is delivered back to our logistics fulfillment hub, our quality control team will inspect the items to verify compliance with our eligibility criteria.

We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. Once approved, the refund will be executed immediately. The funds will be credited automatically back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal) within 10 business days.
