Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Drco. We strive to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience. This Shipping Policy details our logistics framework, delivery timelines, and standard operating procedures for orders placed within our primary target market, Singapore.

1. Currency and Market Scope

All transactions, product prices, and logistics fees on www.drco.shop are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD). While our parent operational entity is based in Australia, our shipping infrastructure is seamlessly optimized for swift customs clearance and delivery into Singapore.

2. Shipping Fees

We believe in straightforward pricing without hidden fees at checkout. Therefore, we offer:

  • Standard Secure Shipping: FREE of charge ($0.00 USD) for all orders shipped to Singapore.
  • No minimum purchase requirement is required to qualify for free shipping.

3. Order Processing and Transit Timelines

The total estimated time required to receive your order consists of two distinct segments: Handling Time and Transit Time.

Region / Country Order Handling Time Logistics Transit Time Total Estimated Delivery Time
Singapore (All Areas) 1 - 3 Business Days
(Mon - Fri)
7 - 13 Business Days
(Mon - Fri)
8 - 16 Business Days

*Please Note: Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

4. Order Tracking System

Once your parcel has been registered with our international courier network, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique Tracking Number and link will be dispatched to your registered email address (info@drco.shop). You can monitor your shipment status in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For items arriving in Singapore, shipments with a total value below the local Threshold may enjoy tax exemptions. However, the recipient is recognized as the importer of record. Any Goods and Services Tax (GST) or administrative customs clearance fees imposed by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) at the border remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Failures and Lost Shipments

If an order cannot be successfully delivered due to incorrect customer-provided address details, or if a package is rejected by the consignee, the customer may bear the practical operational costs of re-shipping. If a parcel is verified as permanently lost in transit by the carrier, Drco will arrange a full replacement or refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
